[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A status and RC meeting (Nov 2, 2023)

The configuration change is going as planned: 
* the BB has been changed and survey&alignment confirmed we are in the right position. 
* the target group is doing field measurements right now 
* at noon survey&alignment will come in to verify the HCAL position (we received new tolerances  - 1inch in position- from Bogdan)
* if all goes well we may be able to take down the SBS GEMs so Holly can work on them this afternoon and we can reinstall them back tomorrow

Accelerator is going to support us with beam delivery on Friday. Their plan includes sending beam to the Hall A dumplette during the day tomorrow to allow them to make sure the 3pass separator works as expected.
