[Halla_running] Update on Hall A Dump Repair and Shifts

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I don't have any good news to bring to you today.

People were able to confirm that corrosion due to the standing water in
building 91 is not a concern, so they will be drying up the water and
applying decon gel "today or tomorrow". My understanding is that once this
is done, they will work on restarting the pump.

All necessary information has been collected for Stuart. Alarms should
already be deployed, and a meeting with Stuart will hopefully be scheduled
this afternoon to go over everything and get his ok.

I will be canceling shifts through Wednesday day. I still have no idea when
we will get beam back.

In the meantime, I got confirmation that we are allowed to turn on the
magnets while in restricted. So, the target group can do their calibrations
that require magnets without needing to put the hall in controlled. Please
coordinate with me before turning them on in case other work needs to be
done.

This has no effect on our hall, but a pass change for Hall C and Wein angle
change will happen today. It will approximately take 4 hours and will be
starting soon.

Thanks!
