Doug called in the evening and informed me that the main pump in the hall A dump tripped again today.
Furthermore, the work for pumping the sump of building 91 is not completed today. 
Due to safety reasons (with radioactive water), they don't want to continue pumping the sump over the weekend.

The Hall A dump recovery work will restart on Monday morning.
So, we turned off the target LASERs, magnets, and Detector HVs. 

All shifts for Saturday and Sunday (Nov 18 and 19) are canceled.
There will be no need for SL for Monday owl. The Shift Leader for Monday's Day shift is on standby.
We will decide about Monday's Owl shift TO (though nobody signed up for that shift yet).
