Hall A dump status: since my last RC daily update Dave Hamlette posted to the ELOG an entry on the status of building 91 - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4226926. Unfortunately, there is not only an increased level of standing water which as of yesterday seems to have reached the sump but also condensation in the building. Facilities and Radcon will meet on Monday morning at 8:30 am to finalize the planning before accessing building 91 (I will show up for that meeting so I can keep you all informed). During the MCC RC meeting this morning I communicated the Hall A need for frequent updates so we can prepare accordingly for the repolarization of the He target which can take up to a shift. We want to ensure that the He target reached its maximum polarization in time to take data as soon as the Hall A dump becomes operational and beam becomes available.

As of now all Hall A shifts are cancelled until Tuesday owl INCLUDED. Once Radcon and Faciltites access building 91 tomorrow morning they will have a better estimate of how long it will take to have the Hall A beam dump operational again. At that point we will re-assess the shift schedule status.

Hall A will be going to controlled access sometime tomorrow morning. I did not get an exact time from Dave Hamlette as to when Radcon will show up to start the full survey of the hall but I got confirmation that Radcon can support the transition of Hall A to controlled access tomorrow. I will come in early tomorrow to do the hall access checklist before the 7:45 meeting so Radcon can go in for the survey (I will post it to the HALOG). Please do not change the status of various Hall systems after 6 am tomorrow morning and before the hall has been put in controlled access by Radcon/MCC.
