[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Suspected Cell Rupture

After reviewing and collating all of the unusual liveplots and events around the time of 3.19am and the following hours, myself and target experts agree that target cell Donya has very likely (most probably) ruptured.

We have not seen any obvious correlated possible cause so far, however the drop in pumping cell temperature (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4195983), absence of real NMR result (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4195997) and absence of cell windows in the track vz replay plot (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4195993), all point to a glass cell not existing in the location that a glass cell should currently exist.

We will continue to investigate and figure out a path forwards with the spokespeople, experts, mcc and radcon.
