[Halla_running] [Revised Logentry] Follow-up Re: Tentative Plan in Hall A for Wednesday/Thursday

Attached is the communication from Gordon (also notified), providing more details about the target activities tomorrow.

In summary:
 * directly measure the lasers polarization, and tune them until they get 99.5% or more;
=> this requires the hall in CANS mode, and, unless I misunderstand, installation and de-installation of some devices in the target enclosure, which requires radcon support
 * measure the transmission through the cell; 
=> this will also require installation and de-installation of some devices in the target enclosure, which also requires radcon support; not sure this one absolutely requires CANS mode from his description - but it would be a safe assumption that it is needed;
 * fine tune the lasers 1/4 wave plate to maximize transmission;
 * scan of magnetic field position to maximize transmission;
=> this yet again requires hall in CANS mode, but may not require radcon.
It does sound like work for a full afternoon, all with the Hall in CANS mode. I will try to transition to CANS mode as early as I can. 
I originally mentioned 1pm... if we can get there by 12pm it would be better.
Note that we may have a couple people still working on other matters while in CANS mode. I know one of the BBCAL experts is also target expert and can escort someone while in CANS mode, so we may be able to have activities overlap for a little while - as long as there are enough keys.
