RC Report 27 October 2023

My kind of report, I think that besides our typical DAQ issues, production cannot be smoother. Not much to comment. 
- Bill H. increased 5C the oven temperature by Gordon request --> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4209172
- Gordon requested change the NMR measurement rate every 4h instead of 3h. --> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4209730
- Owl TO noticed a deviation of the beam position of ~0.7 mm, after 10 min beam trip, with 5 uA current. We were under safety margins and nothing to regret --> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4209759
- due to external causes, our Day TO has to cancel his shifts starting today, until November 3. Arun and Eric gracefully covered Friday and Saturday (and I just saw Arun covering the rest of them, thank you!!)
