RC Report 29 October 2023

A bit delayed report. In general, production has been good. SBS GEMS HV scan started yesterday, without interrupting production. Target polarization is kept ~49-50%. But DAQ has gotten some rough paths last day. Practically all of them solved repeating Reset->Configure..etc, some of them need to reset certain components.
