[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A status and RC meeting

The accelerator is continuing recovery but the 3 day delay seems to persist. We will get more information at the 1:30 scheduling meeting. 

We will have the daily RC meeting at 3: 30 today (ZOOM: https://jlab-org.zoomgov.com/j/1616220064 ).
