Status update:
Yesterday we took the carbon hole data to do target center and raster size checkout. The target centers are identified as
Carbon-hole (0.9, 0.7)
Reference cell (1.4, 0.7)
Pol. He3 (2.9, 0.7)

After that, MCC resumed the start up procedure. During the target BPM protection checkout there was an issue came up because our target has pitch (2mm in x between different targets). As work-around solution for now Daniel Moser will write scripts for ops to execute for each target change that will set SOFs (survey offset values) of the target lock BPMs.
Icon chamber calibrations for carbon target was done up to 30uA. We lost the beam after that due to the problem with the chopper slit control. Reference cell IC calibration will need to be done later.

Over night, NMR measurements were performed every 3h and we were at ~38% polarization this morning. Jack will check the lasers during the access today.

We are currently in controlled access. Some planned work:
- Target experts will work on the lasers
- Jiwan and Arun will check the BBCAL FEE
- DC power will send someone to do an initial check for Moller quad. 
Please let SL know when you go down to the hall and arrange with other people in the hall.
Access checklist:
There is a sheet of access check list. This form needs to be filled out every time when we have any type of access. The binder can be found from the counting room. Please scan (take photos with your phone) and upload it to the logbook once completed.
