[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A shifts for tonight (28-29 Sept.)

The PD has let me know that Hall A will not be receiving any beam until day shift tomorrow. Because of this, the shift leaders for tonight's SWING and OWL shifts can leave and stay at home. The target operators are still required as normal.

Unless the situation changes, tomorrow's (9-29) day shift will carry on as planned.
