[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

This morning the Hall A techs cleaned up Hall A in preparation for hall lock up at noon. Dave Meekins re-started the cooldown of the target after yesterday's one was aborted because ESR could not supply cryo to all halls. We thought we were on track to request a sweep of the hall today when Dave Meekins noticed bad insulating vacuum on the target return transfer line (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4278701). Extensive work has to happen to replace this cryo line. After consulting with Dave and Bob (acting Hall A leader) I cancelled all shifts until Monday day included. The hall will remain in Restricted access for the target group to perform their work.
