[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

MCC is retuning the machine. As of now the beam at the Hall A dumplette is still pretty large: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4280905.

Dave Meekins started the target cool down in the morning. He is at the point where he will start the condensation of the H loop. We will need a TO in the counting house around 6 pm. Then Dave will take a break and later on will condense the D loop. We should have the target fully ready by 1 am. At that point we will ask to go to beam permit.

MCC informed us that one of the Moller quads it's stuck on polarity switch. DC power is accessing Hall A to check it out: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4280914.

We will have a RC meeting at 3:30 pm today on the second floor of the counting house and also on zoom. Please connect as we will have a lot to discuss in preparation for getting beam into the hall during the owl shift.
