[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Beam Time Manager

Beam time accounting for the previous day and swing shifts showed Hall A taking zero minutes of Acceptable Beam in Use. This was noted in the morning MCC meetings. If you are on shift please to not blindly accept the preloaded EPICS data in the BTM. In the shift crew instructions (https://sbs.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/HOW_TOs#Filling_out_BTA) it is noted that tese values are not reliable when we are going things that are not production running.
