            To submit publications or thesis to the JLab database
use the link:
https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/publications/submit/

which is more direct than clicking through a few links from the Hall A publications webpage

Also the firm registration deadline is Jan 11th.
Please register by then.
Students are free.
