Overall smooth beam delivery.

Took 2 hrs on LH2 to evaluate the effect of this increase. Improvement of elastic selection while raising threshold to -14 mV: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4299080 
One APV had accidentally been removed from the configuration yesterday morning. It was put back in the configuration yesterday evening. https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4299090

Short term plan:
* Access tomorrow for GEM, active analyzer, and ECal work;
* Besides the access, continue production data at 10 uA for production on LD2: BBCal threshold at -350 mV and HCal threshold at -14 mV for now. Once per shift, we shall also take 3hours on LH2 at 15uA, same threshold settings.

Accelerator plan remains unchanged so far:
* Hall C pass change + Wien angle change to 0 deg on Thursday (i.e. tomorrow);
* no Wien angle change next Tuesday for Hall A pass change;
* Accelerator beam studies scheduled on May 19th starting at 7am for the rest of the run;
