[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

We started having DAQ issues during the second half of the swing shift and for most of owl. For a summary see: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4303649, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4304229, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4304218. We managed to take some data at the end of the owl shift.

Beam went off at 7 am and RadCon put us in controlled access by 8:30 am https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4304308

The GEM group are in an access to replace some APVs on the SBS GEMs (at least). Don and Marc went in an access as well to trouble shoot the ECal prototype heater. Heidi and Ellen went in to check on the MOLLER power distribution (informative). Bill is going in to remove the active analyzer from the acceptance. 

3-pass beam is expected to be restored to Hall A by the beginning of swing shift.
