[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC summary Aug 11

We had a fairly productive weekend. The beam quality was exceptional with low trip rate until Sunday swing when Ops returned the beam orbit to bring the trip rate back down. We had a few GEM related issues and are now running with several dead areas.

GEM experts will go into the Hall at 1PM under escorted access to swap out problematic MPDs. For now we will defer further work for maintenance day.
We started the weekend running at 15uA, but the fast dump of Hall B caused instabilities in the cryogenic coolant temperature and 3 times over Saturday and early Sunday the shift crew had to reduce beam current to 10uA due to the high power heater going to 0 and risking target boiling. 

During the day shift on Saturday Andrew found that running at 16uA instead of 15 had almost no impact on live time while running at 17uA significantly dropped the DAQ livetime. He decided to run at 16uA.
We have continued running with an ECal threshold of 65% and will stay there (at 16uA) until a full elastic calibration is available. 

Since yesterday's Day to today's owl:
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 so far: 80.08 C (Goal: 100 C)
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 since Friday : 2.86 C
