[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] Hall A RC Daily Summary August 25th, 2025

Dear Collaborators,
We made it! The last 24 hours were smooth production with 22 uA beam on LH2 target. ECal heating and cooling bugged out, but a couple restarts brought it back (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4450097 ). There was an issue with GEM gas, a bottle on the special gas mixture supplying 5 modules ran out and the detectors had to be shut down for the last 2 hours of the run (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4450296 ). This morning I asked shift crew to ramp down all HVs, HCal right remains stuck. Don has shut off the ECal heaters (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4450391 ). We will now proceed with deinstallation efforts.
The hall is now in restricted access. There will be a pre-job briefing at 11:00 at the bottom of the truck ramp with Lawrence for deinstallation and installation efforts.
Since yesterday's Day to today's owl:
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 so far: 94.18 C (Goal: 100 C)
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 since yesterday: 1.80 C
* Total Accumulated Charge since taking over as RC: 9.06 C
