[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC Report for 02-Jul-2025

Key updates for the past 24h (Tue Day+Swing and Wed Owl):
- Reduced ECal threshold from 70% to 60% before end of Day shift; event rate approximately doubled (TS10 CoinMatch increased from about 800 to 1700 Hz)
- Day shift: about 1 h of HallA downtime due to DAQ resetting after a ROC23 crash and ~0.5 h of beam downtime.
- Swing shift: about 1 h beam down for IOC issues
- Owl shift: couple of time ROC19 crashed during the run, required run stop and DAQ cycling; ROC22 failed at CODA Start, required reset
- Beam off at about 5:30AM for HallC BCM and then for scheduled maintenance
- ECal cooling temperature set down to 200 around 8AM; will likely reach the new temperature in the night
- SBS Off, Target in home position, Controlled Access from ~9:00AM

- Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 so far: 41.67 C (Goal: 100 C)
- Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 since Jun 25 noon: 8.28 C
- Estimated charge acquisition efficiency since June 25 noon: 88%

Run plan:
- Controlled access during Accelerator Maintenance
- After RF recovery (around end of Day shift), beam tuning in Hall
- Restart production on LH2 at 20 uA;
- Spot change postponed to Wed/9; evaluate polarization measurement before that

Current issues:
- a ROC may crash during the run and/or DAQ requires multiple resets before start new run
- Monitor scalers and replay for missing/bad data that may require DAQ components reset/reboot/run restart 
- Offline analysis: working on tracking reconstruction and processing time improvement
