[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC summary Hall A July 18 2025

Dear Collaborators,

Yesterday we locked the Hall at ~4pm, we got beam at ~10pm. Beam check was done https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4420363 and positions looked OK. After starting taking production data we found most of the CDET channels are missing and now it is not operational - see 
https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4420804. We decided to make controlled access to troubleshoot the problem - right now experts are in the Hall.

The GEM HV corrections were turned OFF over the night - Andrew's initial analysis shows we better keep them OFF for now until further decision is made.

Important events to your attention:
- CDET not working over the night - LV  problem
- GEM HV corrections are OFF
- Connection issue with GEM HV fixed
- ECAL temperature issue for a short time 


Experiment progress:
-Charge collected during the last ~24 hour period: 0.54 C (with CDET off)
-Total accumulated charge at Kin3 so far: 58.63 C (Goal 100 C)
-Total accumulated charge at Kin3 since July 16 : 1.80 C
-Experiment running efficiency since July 16 Day shift went down to (ABU tot)/(AU tot + BANU tot): 78%
