[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A RC update

In the last 24 hours, after coming back from the access to repair the ECal AC unit, we were running smoothly. 

During yesterday's access, Don found issues with the AC2 unit (might have developed a transient surge - that doesn't allow to a hard reset remotely), and replaced the AC1 unit completely. For more information, please see the following halog entry -https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4425837.

We started production around noon. Running was mostly smooth except for DAQ glitches.

Around 8:30 am this morning, there was a turbine trip at ESR. That caused the cryo-target evaporation (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4426592).
We recovered the target around 9:50 am (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4426611) and started production again.

ECal HV crate communication issue - Requested an opportunistic access - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4426130.


 Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 so far: 64.23 C (Goal: 100 C).
 Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 since yesterday Swing: 0.66 C.
