[Halla_running] Hall A Shifts cancelled through March 30th

Dear Collaborators,

>From todays' MCC morning meeting, the start of physics beam to Hall C has been delayed to the earliest start up date
of Wed March 26th. With the delay, the Hall A beam is expected Monday March 31st.
Therefore shifts in Hall A have been cancelled through Sunday March 30th.
Please plan your travel accordingly.
