[Halla_running] Hall A shift schedule update

Dear All,

>From the accelerator side, the earliest beam delivery has been delayed to Friday Day shift, Hall C and D has priority, Hall A follow a delayed start, following the latest beam schedule, we will further cancel shifts up to next Tuesday OWL:

Monday all shifts canceled (March 31st)
Tuesday OWL canceled (April 1st)
Tuesday Day, Swing (April 1st) and Wednesday OWL (April 2nd) shifts on standby.

Please plan your travel accordingly.
