[Halla_running] Hall A counting house computer maintenance

Hello everyone,

as already announced on Slack, we'll be performing maintenance on the 
Hall A counting house computers (servers and desktops) in first half of 
September. Expect occasional reboots and temporary outages. Some reboots 
have already happened, so if you find a session gone, that's why.

In particular, we will

- Upgrade all Alma 9 systems to Alma 9.6
- Upgrade the remaining CentOS 7 systems to Alma 9.6 (except adaq3 for 
the time being)
- Upgrade the hardware of adaqsc and adaqfs
- Deploy a new machine, avideo1, for serving live and timelapse video of 
the hall cameras
- Decommission the unused ancient workstation avideo2

Also, the counting house disks will be cleaned up after November 1. 
Legacy ROOT files, log files, etc. (SBS and otherwise) will be removed. 
If you care about any of these (mostly online replay results), please 
copy them to long-term storage (e.g. MSS).

Additional computing upgrades (new machines) for MOLLER will happen 
later this year or early next year. There will be a separate 
announcement for that.
