focusing primarily on beamline instrumentation checkout and opportunistic
detector work

5 uA CW limit on all solid targets (since target is warm)

2-pass beam to Hall A over this weekend and we'll scratch the Compton Chicane
requirement (just go straight through). See below for more details. As usual,
the farther in the future, the fuzzier the forecast...

Thursday SWING -- Friday OWL

Target moved to the 'no target' position and motion locked out

The DVCS calorimeter will be moved to its safest position (farthest from the beam line).

Tune-beam ONLY (CW is prohibited)

MCC should be instructed to call the RC cell phone if necessary.

Friday DAY -- Weekend

2-pass beam, NO Compton chicane

Initial RHRS settings: P0 = 0.75 GeV/c, Angle = 48.75

Initial LHRS settings: P0 = 1.4 GeV/c, Angle = 38.64

Sieve plates: OFF

Tasks will include (see https://hallaweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Beamline )

Ion chamber calibration (need ensure MCC follows the new procedure) [MCC, Brad]

Establish energy, position and current locks (and FFB) [MCC]

Beam centering and BPM/Raster checks

BPM calibration vs Harps ("Bull's Eye Scan")

Rough BCM calibration (cross calibration Hall A BCMs vs Unser only, no FC2; non-invasive to other Halls)

Start detector checkout and calibration studies

LHRS / DVCS checkout

RHRS checkout:

Hall A will go to Restricted Access for target cooldown

We will come back up at 1-pass after the target is cold

NO Compton chicane needed here either

Monday SWING --> for a few good integrated shifts

...

Tuesday DAY: Beam Studies

MCC has 8 hours of Beam Studies during DAY shift

Move LHRS to 25 degrees and have it surveyed during beam studies

ask to survey center hole on Sieve plate, if possible

IF 1-pass optics work is completed, then we will come back up at 2-pass,
otherwise stay at 1-pass and complete optics work

Wednesday DAY --> Weekend
