<p>As I write this, we are near the end of plan L1 and will launch into L2, L3, etc, during the Day shift, though the Energy measurement takes priority this morning when its ready.</p>
<p>Yesterday at 4 pm there was a tornado warning causing a crash stop of the accelerator. We spent most of the swing and owl shift recovering the beam. Now it's largely recovered but FFB isn't working yet (experts are trying to fix it). </p>
<p>Tomorrow there is a pass change to 4-pass for Hall A. This must happen at least by 3 pm, but Arne advises we start the pass change no later than noon or it may bring the weekend running into jeopardy. It's the usual idea that configuration changes before the weekend are best done during Day shift when all the experts are around. I'll show the weekend's 4-pass run plan later.</p>
<p>We'll have our usual RC meeting today at 4 pm in the counting house.</p>
