<p>Accelerator has been preparing for beam delivery over the last 24 hours, but was set back by technical problems, mainly a problematic cryomodule. There was no beam to any of the halls overnight. The technical problems have been resolved, for now, and beam is expected in Hall C during today's swing shift. The Hall A startup on the MCC whiteboard is currently still marked for Saturday, but this will most likely slip to at least Sunday, unless Hall C's 3-pass beam time is cut short. Hall A shifts continue to be canceled through Thursday owl.</p>
<p>The main remaining issue in Hall A is several vacuum problems. The leak downstream of the target was worked on yesterday. The system is being pumped, and we'll hear shortly if things are fixed. There is also a leak in the Compton area. A concern was voiced at the morning MCC meeting about a problem with a bellows somewhere (maybe related to the Compton problem). These issues are being investigated.</p>
<p>Detector and DAQ debugging is ongoing. All the major pieces of the analysis software are in place. Online calibration, analysis, and monitoring software is being configured. There is some concern about excessive trigger latency, which could become a headache. Please see Slack for minute-to-minute updates.</p>
