[Halla_software] Analyzer 1.6.0-alpha5 and 1.5.31 now available

Hello everyone,

the latest versions of the Hall A C++ analyzer (Podd) are now available
for download on the web:

Version 1.5.31: (git 7b81fd667d7ada18735f25191b51bbca0e8c99b2)
- Fix installation problems on Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan)
- Make compatible with ROOT 6
- Fix various minor glitches in the build system (make and scons)

Version 1.6.0-alpha5: (git 4190bdef0073b0e453002b938891743e794bf817)
- All improvements of version 1.5.31 (Mac OS X, ROOT 6)
- Decoder bugfixes

Please test the new version and report any bugs.

Next up: Version 1.6.0-beta1 with the new database interface for all
core modules.
