[Halla_software] Analyzer 1.6.0-alpha2 available

The latest development version of the Hall A analyzer, 1.6.0-alpha2, is
now available for download at

This version includes the latest pull requests and fixes for reported
bugs. The code has been tagged on GitHub as Release-160a2. Preliminary

Also, a new stable version, 1.5.29, is now available at

http://hallaweb.jlab.org/podd/download/analyzer-1.5.29.tar.gz
