[Hall A Winter 2011] Works on L-HRS needed to be better organized

Please note that the HRSL will be fully operational (the magnets) tonight.
Make every effort to get the detectors to works as well since we will be 
using it to commission BigBite.
I expect an update (with a FULL list of problems) at the 4pm meeting.
