[Hall A Winter 2011] Shift Worker Replay

we should ahve 4 guies for LHRS,RHRS,BB,HANDwe wish
the shift worker to run a fix number of events on each run
and use these guies to compare to golden version and report
on any observed change.
Igor/Ran should ahve th detail of these guies which we should
make operational asap.
