[Hall A Winter 2011] Modifications to the data base

Dear Or,

I believe what you asked me was "attenuation coefitions" and my answer
was 'I did not modify this value'.

For the "Amplitude transformation Coefficients", they could be different
if people only calibrate certain range of data, for example, those
coefficients are only good for data taken after 10th of March, or the
detecotrs' conditions are changed, for example, HVs (Please check this:
http://www.jlab.org/~adaq/halog/html/1103_archive/110308192603.html).

I don't see why this is a such "big issue" to you since the Amplitude
transformation coefficients are simply used to align ADC channels, and
as I was told by your group, you don't need ADC info at L-HRS.

Best regards,
Zhihong
