[Hallb-engineering] Target replacement

Dear all,

The successful target replacement has been accomplished in an impressively
efficient time, practically half a day, and mostly by night, a memorable
performance. On behalf of the eg6 group, I would like to praise the
engineering group for their efforts. When we announced this morning at the
MCC that we intended to go back in beam permit at noon, a round cheering
of "Well done" ensued. Sincerely thank you very much, and bravo !
