[Hallb-engineering] Rapid Access for Rad Con

To All Hall B Staff
With the support of the Rad Con group the Downstream tunnel is now roped 
off. There is no entry to that area with out a beam line survey. Any 
work in the area must be covered by an approved  BList. The set points 
on the Rad Con detectors has been raised to help decrease the time it 
take for the beacons to go out. If there is a problem please let me know 
so more attention can be given to the system.  :-) DOUG :-)
