Hello,
Here is the new format that I would like to get comments on:

It is not very much different than the old format.  I liked the old 
format and the only reason I'm changing things around is that I find 
some tools easier for me to use than others.

I have made a program to generate the on-call lists from a small 
configuration file.  The program parses the information and allows for 
swap dates between people, holidays, etc that are all created from the 
config file.  This method will easily lend itself to automatic tweaking 
of holidays between years whenever I get around to doing that.  I will 
place the program files and the generated lists into the cvs tree once 
I'm done with them.

After review and comments, I will send the schedule to the distribution 
list and link to it off the Engineering web page.
