[Hallb-engineering] [HallB-Engineering] CLAS R2S6 leak found, split window repair seem ~3" long

We have discovered a 3" split in a repair seem. Easy fix on this and I 
will perform a test overnight in case there is more than one large leak 
in this sector. Anyone who is interested can come and look or wait for 
the pics to be posted.
