[Hallb-engineering] Final Hall check

Sorry about the items missed. they should have been done during the final
Hall cleaning and check out today. I will make up a check list for when I
am not there.

My dads surgery went well. No cancer was found and they did not have to
remove the entire thyroid. So it looks like all will be well. Thanks for
the text messages guys about Dad
