The breaker for the building AC unit needs replaced. This requires 
turning off power to the complete building. This means the DCGAS system 
must be turned off and then restarted after power is restored.

The plan is to do this Tuesday, 4 May at 10:00 during the  hall opening 
for target polarization. DCHV must remain off until after the system has 
been recovered.

The system shut down and startup evolutions are important training 
requirements for DCGAS system operator qualification.
