[Hallb-engineering] Minutes of Hall B meeting

Dear Colleagues,

Note that Hall B will be locked up tomorrow afternoon for the 
commissioning of the eg5-TPE run. All systems owners are asked to check 
their systems and confirm the readiness on the sign up sheet in the 
counting house.

Also, note the link to the presentation by Vardan on the development of 
ClaRA, the CLAS Reconstruction and Analysis architecture software for 
CLAS12.
