[Hallb-engineering] CLAS shifts will start at 4pm (tentative)

Dear all,

We are having slight problem with the target and
also accelerator is not ready for beam to the Hall.
Hall lockup is postponed at list till end of the day.

Tentatively, start of CLAS shifts moved from noon
today to 4pm today. Things may get delayed, so
please read your email before coming to the shift.
