[Hallb-engineering] PrimEx-II installation

  Yesterday late afternoon (on Friday) we have successfully
  accomplished the major part of the setup upgrade, installation
  and checkout work for the PrimEx-II experiment.
  It is now ready for the beam which is currently scheduled for
  the Monday morning.

  This was an intensive and very effective work of Hall B entire
  Engineering group for the last more than two months. Thank you
  all for your critical help and support.

  At this point I would like to thank also all other groups who made
  this upgrade possible in a very short time period.

  Finally, it would not happen without the hard work of the PrimEx
  collaboration. Thank you all who contributed in this work.
