[Hallb-engineering] Hurricane Preparation

On Thursday 8/25 the Hall B tech staff will be doing preparations for 
going to Condition 2. We will be cleaning up any items that could be 
taken by high winds along the road and  behind the halls, anyone who 
would like to join in will be welcome.  We will also be installing the 
flood gates on Hall B truck ramp and door on Friday afternoon.
