[Hallb-engineering] Hurricane Preparation

I would like to thank the people in the Hall B  Eng. Staff who worked so 
hard on Thursday and Friday to get Hall B and it's associated areas 
ready for the storm. Due to your efforts the Hall was secure and safe.


Even with limited manpower you guys stepped up to the plate to insure 
Hall B was ready to go during this event.

Hall B physics staff should thank

Calvin Mealer
David Anderson
Randy Murphy

And most of all, we should *ALL* thank Ed Folts and the Hall A staff who 
lead the effort in the Division.
