Hello,

This is a rough draft composed by simply continuing the rotation from 
2010.  I thought I'd put it out there and get comments.  Its not meant 
to be used as of yet, but to just review and comment.  Please check it 
over and make sure that the contact info is correct, the program I made 
to compose the list doesn't have an error in its algorithm, and the 
holidays are not too miserable in there rotation.  Dave will need to 
approve the final version I'd think.
