[Hallb-engineering] Torus Turbo Cooling

Hello,

I have put into place the necessary hoses and connections to swap the 
Torus Turbo pump cooling from LCW to tap water for tomorrows down.  The 
bilge must be checked to ensure its empty (Doug is doing this) and on 
Wednesday morning someone needs to turn the valves by the Torus Power 
Supply and then ensure that the water is flowing at the bubbler on the 
2nd deck of the Space Frame as I will not be here.  If there are any 
questions as to the configuration, please get with me today.
