The Start Counter is installed and cabled up, the alignment is on for 
first thing in the morning 3/18/11
Saclay will go on the beam line right after that. Once on beam line the 
target can be pumped on and ready for insertion and alignment.
The Down Stream beam pipe which is  being used as the He bag ending at 
the alcove is in but for the last piece.
Monday the Pair Spec detectors will be install as well as the remaining 
upstream components. Sweep and Harp. Than the Alignment group will do 
the final alignment. Than the up stream He bag.   Does anyone see 
anything I missed.  We need to be ready to run by the end of the day
