[Hallb-engineering] New Hall B web page

Dear Collaborators,

This morning we completed the move to a new Hall B web page to replace the old
page. As you begin to use this page and get used to its new content, I welcome your
suggestions and input for continued improvement. There are still a few minor items
that I will fix today, but all links should be working.
