I'm going to second this; Ex-coworker of mine fell off a four wheeler
the four weeks ago, wasn't even moving. Hit his head on the way down.
Got up and shrugged it off. His friends looked at him and thought he
seemed 'funny'. Against his wishes, they called an ambulance to check
him out. Paramedics decided to take him to the hospital out of caution.
Within three hours at the hospital he had a stroke and had to undergo
emergency brain surgery to alleviate the swelling of his brain. He is
now at a rehabilitation center. The only reason he is alive is because
his friends picked up on the hints below. When it comes to stuff like
below, err on the side of caution.
