[Hallb-engineering] Work list until May 15 2012

I will be starting a schedule for work for the technicians up to the 
Hall opening in May. Please send me any support you will need during 
this time frame.
Volker's instructions to me is 6GeV is still my groups number 1 
priority. Hall upkeep and preparations for the 6GeV decommissioning.  
But still taking time to support the 12 GeV project.  So any info would 
be of great help in planning manpower usage.
